He is survived by: his mother Frances Cronk; his wife Irene; his children, Kari Tantillo (Sam), Alan Steffensen (Elizabeth) and Jamie Stefaniak (Kent); his grandchildren, Kyle, Devin Brugger, Kasandra Cavins, Zoe, Breanna, Brooke Steffensen and Avery Stefaniak; his sister Judy Wille-Fisher (Roger); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Steffensen and Donald Clemen; his mother-in-law Martha Deutinger; and his son Michael Lyden. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
