He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Joanne B. Muller; his children, Scott Elblein (Tammy), Connie Cook (Edward), Todd Brown (Kristine), Cheryl Hugar (Kevin) and Mike Brown (Michelle); and his siblings, James R. Brown and Debbie Fiegel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
