She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Glenda), Sheila Sartin (Tom), Wayne Smith (Christa), Dan Smith (Liz), Diane Flicek (Jeff) and Peter Schilling (Jacqueline); her grandchildren, Michelle Smith, Chad Branklin (Lisa), Mandy Sartin, Emily Jay (Richard), Lily Smith, Daniel Smith, Kristin Leiker (Mark), Alan Flicek (Jordan) and Jeffrey Flicek; and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Elijah, Zoe, Liam Smith, Gianna, Emma West, Tess, Nicole, Mark Branklin, Jakob, Kalena Sartin, Haydn, Karalyn, Addison, Finn, Deacon Jay, Beckham Smith, Owen, Lola, Ruth Leiker, Sullivan, Sawyer and Naomi Flicek.
