He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore M. Clark and Gladys Buchholz (Newville); his siblings, Phyllis Annis (Clark), Theodore "Ted" Clark, JoAnn Yeske (Clark), Frederick "Sonny" Buchholz, Glen Clark and Scott Clark; his daughter Shirley Clark; and his grandson Austin Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Kolba; his children, Connie Koch (Greg), Wanda Clark, Chester Clark (Heather) and Aaron Clark (Erin); his grandchildren, Jamie Koch, Steven Koch, Kimberly Hudson, Isabelle Hudson, Micah Clark, Daniel Clark, Bunni Clark, Isaiah Clark, Josef Clark and Ivy Clark; and his great grandchildren, Jace Koch, Avery Koch and Emmitt Koch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
