It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Troy Minteer of Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Minteer; and his stepfather Donald Swank. He is survived by: his mother Marsha Minteer; his wife Connie Outcalt; his sons, Michael Jr., Mitchell, Martin and Marcus (Connie); and his siblings, Calvin (Betty), Edward, Donna and Debbie.
