He is survived by: his wife Mardelle; his children, Bradley Borgen (Kristin) of Appleton, WI and Lori Francis (Geno) of La Crosse, WI; his grandchildren, Ellie Borgen, Jakob Borgen, Payton Francis and Adelyn Francis; and his nephews, Kim Roescrans and Scott Rosecrans. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
