He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Melaas and Helen Melaas (Jorgenson); his brother-in-law Ole Knutson; his niece Jeanie Cote; and his nephew Scott Knutson.
He is survived by: his sister Janice Knutson of Rockland, WI.; his nephew Glenn Knutson (Patricia); his great-niece Jill Knutson (Dan Slama); his children, Kaia (Cody Miles) and Peyton; his wife Selina; his children, Jeara, Raylan and Brailey; his great-nephew Michael Knutson (Melissa); his children, Addilyn and Beau; his friend Travis Behnke; and also Braden.
