He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lapp and Olga Lapp (Skorka); his son Little; and his brothers-in-law, John Lanham, Casey, Jones and John Jones.
He is survived by: his significant other Abbey (Ninneman) of Tripoli; his children, Roxanne Gadke (Tom) and Dillon Lapp (Kate) of Eau Claire; his grandchildren, Kristopher Lapp (Alyssa) of Eau Claire and Ashley Gadke of Appleton; and his great grandchild Ella Sophia of Eau Claire.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (7233 Balsam St, Fifield, WI 54524). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
