He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Seep and Beth E. Seep (Stratton); his grandfather Frank Seep (Helen); his brother Timothy Seep; his sister-in-law Donna Seep; his mother-in-law Grace Marie Dunn; and his sister-in-law Barbara Voss.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Dunn; his children, Christopher Seep (Elaina) and Colleen Milburn (John); his grandchildren, Cade, Phoebe Seep, Zachary and Brittany Milburn; his siblings, Dale Ann Potter (Gary) and Terry Seep (Robyn); and his sister-in-law Tammy Lawson (Gary). He is also survived by many other extended family, nieces, nephews, friends.
