He is survived by: his children, Rick Neiper (Sheryl), Jean Neiper, Eileen Neiper and Lynn LaFlesh (Wayne); his grandchildren, Ashley Baillie (Anthony), Lindsey Clark (Joe), Haley Tomaszewski (Matt), Richard Neiper, Blayne Prassel (Elizabeth), Christopher LaFlesh, Heather LaFlesh and Adam LaFlesh; his great grandchildren, Owen, Eleanor, Charlotte, Trey, Olivia, Christopher, Morghan, Brooke and Bentlee; and his brother Carl Neiper. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
