He is survived by: his son Ricky Mazurk; his siblings, David Mazurk (Jerrilynn) and Pamela Tukesbrey (James); and his siblings-in-law, Ron Urbaniak (Jerry), Pat Stube and Dorothy Urbaniak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
