She was predeceased by: her parent Vincent Kubiak. She is survived by: her parent Leona Kubiak (Ebbinger); her spouse David Heller; her children, Marc Heller of Lewiston, Ken Heller (Susan) of South Weber and Andrea Cavener (Bill) of Bristol, Wis.; her grandchildren, Justin, Chantelle Harkom (Trevor), Amber, Hattie, Emma and Will Cavener; her stepgrandchildren, Sam Cavener, Katie, David and Claire Allison; her great grandchildren, Ellie Harkom and Luke Harkom; her siblings, Sherie, Cindy and John Kubiak (Lorie); and her son David Heller, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
