She is survived by: her parent Agnes; her spouse Lee Wayne Falk; her daughter Sheri Mellen (William); her granddaughters, Marissa and Nicole; her sisters, Carole Miller and Sandra Sheehan (Dennis); and her aunts, Marguerite Narsutis and Dolores Gutenson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends, and special companion.
