He is survived by: his son Tim Ratliff (Penny) of Trevor, WI; his grandchildren, Michelle, Mick, Derek, Frank, Sarah and Jon; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Avery; and his brother Fayette Ratliff of Kentucky. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
