He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Jackson and Patricia Jackson (Baker); his son Dennis Jackson Jr.; and his siblings, Dale, John, Ronnie, Billy and Shirley Kenna.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tarello; his daughter Melissa; his grandchildren, Annalyse and Payton; and his sisters, Debbie Carlos, Brenda Carlos (Santos) and Teri Wright (Donny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
