She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Mary; her husband Charles F. Kadlec; and her brother Harold Pobloski. She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Kadlec of Trevor, WI, Michael Kadlec (Kim), David Kadlec of Pennsylvania, Bobbie Jensen of Camp Lake, WI and Thomas Kadlec of Trevor, WI; her grandchildren, Eric Jensen and Kerri Jensen; and her great grandchild Jordan Jensen. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
