He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Rivera; his children, Angel Rivera Jr., Gilbert Rivera (Valerie), David Rivera (Jeanette) and Sylvia Rivera; his grandchildren, Geri (Nick), Andre, Alexis, Christian, Nathan, Marcella, Ruby and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Phillip and Lucca; and his siblings, Francisco Rivera (Aida), Mercedes Rivera, Dominga Rivera and Ramona Rivera. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
