She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Atkinson and Carmen Atkinson; her parents-in-law, Clayton and Mildred Haessig; and her brother-in-law Gerald Haessig.
She is survived by: her husband James; her child Clayton Haessig of Jennifer Haessig; her granddaughter MaLeah Mae Haessig; and her siblings, Mark Atkinson (Pat), Sherry McCoy and Mike Atkinson (Cheryl). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers or plants memorials may be made to either Bethel church or Luther High.
