He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Topper of Trego, WI.; and his siblings, Sandy Burdick of Trego, Mick Topper (Patty) of Almena, Terry Topper (Christina) of Prairie Farm and Ron Topper (Cheryl) of Trego. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
