He is survived by: his children, Clint Moyer (Terri), Shaun Higgins, Michelle Higgins, Debbie Soar, Camela Lawerence and Kari Rose; his grandchildren, Brier Northup (Jackie), Justin Northup (Becky), Wesley Soar (Jessica), Melissa Carden, Skyler Exendine and Lexis Exendine; his great grandchild Olive Northup; and his siblings, Jack Moyer (Doreen), Roger Moyer (Kathy) and Barb Moyer.
