“I’m sorry Merle’s passed away. I was with dad when he got the news. And when he told the news to his son Dan, the look of sadness said more than words. Merle was a hero in the best sense. Always kind, and fun for kids to be around. To go to Merle & Linda’s was to enter into a world of fun and laughter. Both Merle & Linda had and have such warmth and fun. And Paula so beautiful, another celebrity to us kids. May you all take care and feel his love always. You are loved. Sarah Moberg”
