He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Higgins and Eleanor Higgins (Clark); his children, Amanda Mae Higgins and Daniel Jr.; and his grandson Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Anderson; his siblings, Darlene McKay of Superior, WI, Dianne Frank, White, Brenda Lutter (Cindy Wnuk) of Maple Grove, MN, Dennis Perry (Joyce) of Superior, WI and Patrick Higgins (Jessica) of Proctor, MN; and his daughter Lisa Dobson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made be made in Daniel's name to any charity of donor's choice.
