He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bowe and Rosemary Bowe (LaFaive); and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Martha Belknap. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Belknap; his children, Mark Robert (Amy), Debra Conrad and Kim Bowe; his grandchildren, Erin Bowe, Michelle Marucha (Phillip), Michael Conrad (Sadie), Ashley Galiardi (Rylan), Samantha Thompson, Danielle Stratmann, Brady Goettl, Kayla Jenson and Cody Bowe; his great grandchildren, Austin Copas, Brayden Bowe, Cayleigh Christie, Alyssa Christie, Joshua Marucha, Colton Marucha, Lawson Galiardi and Skyler Galiardi; and his siblings, Sue Luther (Leon), Judy Smith (Kim) and Duane Bowe (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current coronavirus restrictions, a celebration of Dale's life will be held at a later date.
