She is survived by: her children, Dr. Robert Jakubowski (Laura Torres), Diane Jakubowski (Albert Francesco) and Thomas Jakubowski (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Dr. Robert Jakubowski (Shruti Puri), Caroline Jakubowski, Vincent, Peter Francesco, T. J. and Casey Jakubowski; her siblings-in-law, Frank, Joyce, Janet Jakubowski and Beverly Schmitt; and also Luca Jakubowski.
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund in Althea's name will be established.
