He is survived by: his father Ron Sleaper; his significant other Theresa Sleaper; his son Easton Sleaper; his sister Amy Maki (Rick) of Tomahawk; his nephews, Brant Johnson, Tristin Johnson and Kaj Maki; his friend Missy Strahota; and his children, Matt, Kenny, Joey and Jason.
