Foust (Tomahawk, Wisconsin), born in Dousman, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 16, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Payne and Dawn Payne (Spicer); and her former husbands, Robert Houk and William Foust. She is survived by: her sons, Claude Houk (Gina Wolter) and Mike Houk (Tina); her grandchildren, Aaron Houk and Shyanne Houk; and her significant other Marion Licitar. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
