He is survived by: his wife Janet Hagen of Merrill; his children, Paul Hagen (JoAnne) of Stevens Point and Angela Bailey (Pat) of Merrill; his grandchildren, Lauren Hagen of Oshkosh, Allison Hagen (Joe Schmit) of Minneapolis, Ty Bailey of Madison and Jake Bailey of Madison; and his siblings, Donald Hagen (Karen) of Melbourne, FL, Duane Hagen (Anna), Michael Hagen (Nadine) of Williston, ND and Debra Windisch (Calvin) of Narcoossee, FL..
