She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilbur Oppermann and Nelda Oppermann (Montour); her husband Paul Andersen; her children, Heather Mork (Jamie) and Matthew Andersen (Alicia); her sister Donna Stuewer (Leon); and her grandchildren, Allison, Jacob Mork, Matali and Ariahna Andersen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Grace Lutheran Church of Tomahawk, in Dotti's honor.
