He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Florence Weizenicker of German; his former wife Joyce Herbert; his sister Jeanne Hinke; and his brother-in-law Bob Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hayes of Illinois; his daughters, Jo Ann Kuharske (Scott) and Susan Walton (Mike); his grandsons, Leopold and Raymond; his siblings, Judith Nelson and Tom Weizenicker (Phyllis); and his stepchildren, John Hayes, Maureen Phillips and Mary Ellen Spadafore. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, David asks that donations be sent to the Tomahawk Community Meal Program at 320 E. Washington Avenue, Tomahawk, WI.
