She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lewis and Claudine Lewis; her sister Patricia Chism; and her daughter-in-law Donna Collins. She is survived by: her children, Mark Collins (Marilynn), Tim Collins, Jesse Collins (Michelle), Joshua Collins (Cynthia) and Rachel O'Brien; and her siblings, Paul (Bonnie) and Marilyn Will (James). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
