Carl F. Theiler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2025, at the age of 89, Carl F. Theiler of Tomahawk, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Theiler and Nell Theiler (Winker); and his sisters, Katherine Theiler (Ralph Theiler), Viola Schmit and Nell Anne Virgil.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Schmit; his children, Julie Kainz (Chris), Connie Norgren (Mick), Kris Theiler (Kent Dobson), Andy Theiler (Becky), Sara Salewske (Jeff) and Stacy Romant (Jay); his grandchildren, Jessica (Joe), Natalie (Jonathan), Nathan (Christina), Holly (Brad), John, Josie, Sam (Jaci), Sydney (Joey), Sophie, Carl, Kylee, Ruby, Coco, Madeline (Wyatt) and Meredith; and his great grandchildren, Jia and Lilli.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St Mary Catholic Church (320 E Washington Ave, Tomahawk, WI 54487). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, we know Carl would love it if you share a beer and a story with friends and family. If you're interested in doing more, the family suggests donations to the Ronald McDonald House, the Maryknoll Sisters, Our Sister's House, or the Tyler Kahle Memorial Field (both local organizations) all causes that were close to Carl's heart.
