She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Stout and Margaret Stout (Barto); her husband Roy Johnson; her daughter Wendy Laxton; and her siblings, Arlene Capek and Kenneth Stout.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Greeno (Robert), Sandy Linsmeyer (David) and Scott Johnson; her son-in-law Gordon Laxton; her grandchildren, Bridget Walsh (John), Dana Murray (Benjamin Riepe), Justin Laxton (Kaitlyn), Seth Greeno (Bri), Lucas Murray, Jewel Marie Johnson (Matt Genrich) and Jay Johnson (Erin Wieser); her great grandchildren, Declan, Kinsley, Ember Greeno, Sydney Laxton and Asia Riepe; and her siblings, Gary Stout (Connie), Donn Stout (Rena) and Sally Joosten (Leroy).
The family requests that memorials be given to the Tomah Hospice Touch, or Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Susan's name.
