He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Gay and James Garland Gilpin. He is survived by: his brothers, George Gilpin (Sandy) of Milwaukee, Kenny Gilpin (Sharon) of Sussex, Earl Gilpin (Sharon) of Michigan, Tim Gilpin of Wyeville and Everett Gilpin of Oakdale. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
