He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Brand and Donna Brand (Mehelic). He is survived by: his wife Sheila M. Mulvihill of Oakdale; his children, Scott Brand of Tomah, Sharon Seely (Brian) of Tomah and Tina Kuharski (Tim) of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Vanessa Brand (Kyle), Nolan Brand (Megan), Gavin Brand, Andrew Zuelke (Stephanie), Logan Zuelke, Amber Zuelke, Nick Kuharski, Lauren Kuharski and Justin Kuharski; his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Julianna, Zeke, Rayla, Aurielle and Adrian; and his sister-in-law Mary Kay Lloyd (Tom) of St. Paul, MN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews many other relatives and friends.
Memorials and donation in Robert's memory can be given to G. I. Need That of Tomah or the Democratic Party.
