Rita R. Burnstad Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2019, at the age of 83, Rita R. Burnstad (Tomah, Wisconsin), born in Oakdale, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita R. Burnstad to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irwin Niebuhr and Norma Niebuhr; her spouse Victor Burnstad; her children, Rhonda Cornett (Wes), Kent (Elke) and Kirk (Diana); and her grandchildren, Ryan Cornett (Katie), Brett Cornett (Kelly), Katie Shannon (Trafton), Derek Burnstad (Jenna), Kiel Burnstad (Hillary), Scott Burnstad and Erick Burnstad.
She enjoyed donating often to her favorite charities (Chasing Daylights – animal shelter, Boys and Girls Club, Tomah Food Pantry and the Tomah Theater) She also helped in building the Burnstad Adventure Park at the Fairgrounds and recently helped with a donation to the New Tomah Hospital.
