He is survived by: his siblings, Leon Howe, Teresa Luther (Jimmy), Jeanette Bjorge, Malvin Howe, Shelia Slack (Terry), William Howe, Frank Howe, Ken Howe and Christina Howe. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
