He was predeceased by: his parents, Minert DeVoe and Pauline DeVoe (Dutton); and his siblings, Walter DeVoe and Margie DeVoe. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson; his children, Robert Abelmann (Cheryl) of Fargo, Lori Dyer (Brian) of Ashwaubenon and Susan Ganther (Keith) of New Lisbon; his siblings, James DeVoe (Luella) of Tomah, Donald DeVoe (Louise) of Tomah and Elaine Kanable (James) of Mound City, SD; and his sister-in-law Kathy DeVoe of Wilton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ray's memory to the Salvation Army.
