He is survived by: his father William Rice; his son Patrick of Tomah; his grandson Stephan; his siblings, Mark Rice (Gayle) of Holland, MI, Cheryl Fry (Steven) of Reedsburg, Barb Bloom (Gene) of Tomah, Joyce Drillein (Duane) of Chicago, IL and William Rice Jr. of Oregon, IL; his stepsiblings, Jody Miller (Jim) of Tomah and Gary Stokely (Heather) of LaCrosse; and also William Rice of Tomah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
