He is survived by: his parents, Michael Boyko and Nancy Boyko of Merritt Island, Florida; his wife Deanna; his son Alex; his stepson Marlin Schulze; his sister Tara; his nieces and nephews, Mariah, Cameron and CJ; his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Shelly Schulze and Rhiannon Schulze; his nieces and nephews, Tyrell and Jazzy Williams; his brother-in-law Adam Schulze (Sheena); and his nieces and nephews, Aiden and Ashton.
