He is survived by: his mother Lisa Blanchard (Randall) of Tomah; his stepsister Candace Reynolds (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie and Kevin Jr.; his stepfather Bill Blanchard of Oakdale; his stepbrother Chris Blanchard; his grandparents, Linda Lietz (Jerry), Wayne Randall (Mary), Jim Hicks and Dalea Waters; his great-grandparents, Garland, Dolly Dettman and Dorothy Hicks; his aunts and uncles, Tammy Snyder, Jamie Wagoner (Kit), Amie Goff (Steve), Karl (Stacey), Kevin Randall (Lisa) and David Lietz (Milissa); his cousins, Adrianna, Jacob, Brittany, Brooke, Dominic, Jackson, Justin and Kail; his close friends, Caitlin and Caleb Wade; and his niece Celina. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
