He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dana, Evelyn Franks and William Kobleska Sr.; his stepgrandfather Leonard Butterfuss; his mother-in-law Diane Johnson; his aunt Susan Von Haden; and his uncle Phillip Franks.
He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Franks and Ann Franks (Kobleska); his wife Amy Johnson; his children, Emma, Bergen and Brede; his grandmother Ruby Butterfuss; his siblings, Michele Burton (David), Craig Franks (Dani), Ryan Franks (Karissa) and Andrea Franks; his father-in-law Ray Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Teri Kenyon (Gregg) and Tim Johnson (Anne). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
