He was predeceased by: his grandmother Bun; and his great-grandparents, Dave and Jane Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Amber Johnson and Steve Hicks II; his siblings, Emma Hicks, Addyson Hicks and Taylor Johnson-Pickel; his grandparents, Lori Johnson (Steve) and Steve Hicks, Sr. (Sara); his aunts, Jessica, Brittany, Brianna and Andrea; and his pet Aspen. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the family to be designated at a later date.
