She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred Moore and Harta Moore; her brother Stanley Moore; and her husband Wesley Root. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Don, Debbie of Camp Douglas, WI and Donni-Anne (Nathan Doyel); and her close friend Robert Crook. She is also survived by her four sons and their wives, seven grandchildren and their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Tomah Baptist Church, Light Bearing Printing Ministry.
