He is survived by: his girlfriend Nancy Westpfahl; his brothers, Jim Holmes (Val) and Joe Holmes (Sandra Rusnak); and his nieces and nephews, Erin Marten (Russell), Nikki Holmes-Winrich (Seth), Joey Holmes (Courtney), Emily Holmes (Johnathan McCullough) and Kyle Holmes.
