He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Pleuss and Elsie Pleuss (McCurdy); and his brother Ladd. He is survived by: his wife Mina Pleuss of Tomah; his son John Pleuss Jr. of Tomah; his grandson Asher; and his brothers, Thomas Pleuss (Patricia) of Tomah and Arnold Pleuss (Mary) of Eau Claire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
