She is survived by: her mother Patricia Hendricks (Effertz); her husband Kenny O'Hara of Mary's Catholic Church; her children, Lori Cleaver (Mark) and Terry Harmel (Jessica); her grandchildren, Johnathan, Brielle and Ava; her siblings, John Hendricks, JoAnn Vespo, Jim Hendricks (Mary), Joe Hendricks (Barb) and Judy Becerra (Nick); and also Gunner.
