It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean B Otto of Tomah, Wisconsin, born in Osceola, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Weller and Genevieve Weller (Falkanger); and her sister Marcie. She is survived by: her husband Charles Otto; her sons, Ray (Marcie Otto) and Jim (Karen Otto); her granddaughter Ruth-Anne Joy Otto of Tomah; her sister Mary Beth Eastburn (Richard) of West Albany, OR; and her brother-in-law Tom Goff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The family request that memorials be given to the Tomah Baptist Church Timothy Fund to support Christian Education.
