She is survived by: her husband Calvin Tappa of Tomah; her children, Calvin Jr. of Tomah, Amber of Tomah, Wendy Frye of Milwaukee, Savanna of Tomah, Jenna Adkins of Tomah and Aaron Adkins of Tomah; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Darlene, Talea, Lexus, Hayden, Orion, Olivia, Tiffany, Cain, Jolie and Aaliyah; and her sister Emily Jameson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
