He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Kubina and Ethel S. Kubina (Miller); and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his former wife Mollie Steinke; his wife Sharon Ersepke; his sons, Neil Kubina (Mindy), Dean Kubina (Monica) of Los Angeles, CA and Lucas of Tomah; his grandchildren, Ryan, Daegan and Vincent; his sister Linda Nortman; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Sandy, Karen, Paul, Doug and Kenny.
