He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Singleton Boltik; his wife Heidi; his children, Andrea, Hailey (Brandon), Adam (Savannah) and Nicholas; and his stepchildren, John, Devin (Shanna) and Cierra (Skylar). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tomah - Torkelson Funeral Home (2224 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI 54660). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
